A 2015 Toyota Truck was traveling westbound on Central Avenue, near Cotton Hill Drive, when it hit a pedestrian, the SCHP says.

The Dorchester County Coroner's Office said Deborah Reeves of Summerville died at the scene, at Cotton Hill Drive and Central Avenue, at 8:20 p.m.
