Double fatal crash claims life of two Darlington men, victims identified

DARLINGTON, SC (WMBF) - The South Carolina Highway Patrol reported a fatal accident in Darlington County Sunday night after a vehicle went off the the roadway, struck a sign and utility pole. The driver and passenger were killed and not wearing a seatbelt, according to SCHP. The Nissan Maxima went off the right side of the road then struck the sign and utility pole. Coroner Todd Hardee said, 29-year-old David Christopher McAllister and 29-year-old Edward McAllister both of Darlington were pronounced dead at the scene. Hardee said the incident happened around 7:30 p.m. at the intersection of Billy Farrow Highway and Carolina Avenue in Hartsville. This incident remains under investigation by the Darlington County Coroner's Office and the South Carolina Highway Patrol.

The day my uncle david died he came by the houes to hook up our first wi-fi system me not knowing that november 15 was going to be my last time seeing him in the rest of my how many days months or years that im go b livin life that man was my entire heart i wrote this thursday june 9th 2022 6:38 pm and till this day i still cry over that tragic car accident that took away my uncles life and my happniess REST IN PEACE MY KING 💔💔💔i miss you so much 🥺💔ill b home really soon .
