Ten people injured in multi-car crash on Highway 76 near Nichols, South Carolina

Marion County crash sends 10 to hospital

MARION COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - Mullins Fire Rescue, Marion County EMS and Marion Fire Department are working a multi-injury motor vehicle accident on Hwy 76 near Nichols, according to Marion County Emergency Management. Three of those patients were airlifted, the other seven were transported to different hospitals, according to Lee. Engineer Lee with the Mullins Fire Department said the accident happened around 3:20 p.m. Lee said the crash involved two cars near Big Oak Loop just outside of Mullins. Ten patients were transported to the hospital.
