Authorities have reported a two-vehicle collision on I-240 Sunday morning. The driver of one of the vehicles, Antonio Watson, 23, was under the influence of alcohol when hitting the car in front of him and killing the driver, 25-year-old Martin. Watson and passenger,Julius Betton, 25 attempted to flee the scene by getting into a different car, but they were later found an arrested by authorities.
