Woman arrested for vehicular homicide after hit and run on Covington Pike Posted: Updated: A woman has been charged following for vehicular homicide following a hit and run Tuesday on Covington Pike. Police found a dead body on Covington Pike near 5:20 a.m. Tuesday 46-year-old Terri Hollingsworth has been charged with vehicular homicide, leaving the scene of an accident involving a death, public intoxication, reckless driving, violation of vehicle registration law, and failure to exercise due care while driving.

Death investigation closes part of Covington Pike

Dispatch received a call Tuesday morning around 5:20 regarding a hit-and-run near the intersection of Covington Pike and Wesley Park Drive, that's just south of Methodist North Hospital. When officers arrived, they found a man lying lifeless in a wooded area off the road. It's not clear at this time if the hit-and-run is related to the man.
