The preliminary investigation shows that Warren was driving a 2003 Mitsubishi Spyder west on Bell Road when it "made a turning movement to the left" in front of a 2004 Ford Explorer driven by 26-year-old Joshua Taylor, police said. The Ford Explorer, also traveling west on Bell Road, hit the driver's door of the Mitsubishi.
