Pregnant woman struck with van during confrontation
A man struck a pregnant woman with a van after being confronted about hitting the woman's car, according to a police report. Ryan D. Jones, 33, 818 Fairview Road, Kingsport, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, leaving the scene of an accident, driving on a suspended license and no insurance.
