Holy car crash, Batman!: KPD arrest cape wearing man

Cole then got out of the car. He allegedly had a white blanket wrapped around his shoulders and began running to the back of a home on Emmit Street.

Kingsport police were called about a fight on Highview Avenue, but when an officer arrived at the scene, a woman directed them to a red car that was parked in front of the officer's car. The car began driving in reverse towards the police cruiser and increased speed when asked to stop. The car eventually crashed into a set of mailboxes, and the driver, Gideon Cole, got out of the vehicle allegedly wearing a white blanket wrapped around his shoulders like a cape. Police arrested him and found that his driver's license was revoked, and he was intoxicated. Cole was taken to the Kingsport City Jail.
