Cedar Park Police investigating pedestrian hit-and-run accident.

Police are investigating an auto-pedestrian collision that occurred around 4:30 Saturday morning.
Police are investigating an auto-pedestrian collision that occurred around 4:30 Saturday morning. Officers arrived at the scene to find a man in a ditch off the roadway of FM 1431 and Vista Ridge. The man was identified as 28-year-old Andrew Jensen. Jensen was transported to Seton Williamson with life-threatening injuries. The man was riding his bicycle when he was struck by a 2012 or 2013 grey Jeep Liberty that then left the scene. The jeep was heading westbound on East Whitestone when the vehicle struck the bicycle. The jeep will have damage on the passenger side fender and is missing the passenger side mirror. The Cedar Park Police Department is requesting assistance from the public with identifying the driver and the vehicle.
