Man faces murder charge after car crash on U.S. 290 in Manor
MPD says Flores is alleged to have been driving while intoxicated at the time of the crash, and has previous convictions for DWI on his record. MPD says the murder charge is "due to causing the death of another person while committing a felony."
Man charged with murder in deadly Manor crash, police say
