Man Charged with Intoxication Assault after Crash: Carrollton Police

Carrollton police said a man riding a motorcycle crashed into Michael Kevin Erbert's pickup truck when Erbert failed to yield to oncoming traffic as he left a Burger King in the 3700 block of Josey Lane at 10:07 p.m. The motorcyclist '€” who was not wearing a helmet '€” was transported to Parkland Memorial Hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
