An SUV containing three people was driving on West 10th Street, where witnesses say they saw it run a stop sign, strike a parked vehicle, and slammed into the Oak Cliff Apartments, wedging the parked vehicle in-between. All three people in the SUV, identified as Lucinda Rosas De Esparza, 56, Evelina Maltos, 66, and Paul Maltos, 93, were pronounced dead.
