The Nissan then knocked down a utility pole and slammed into a doughnut shop. The other person in the Mercedes was taken to a local hospital. Four people inside the Nissan were taken to the hospital as well.

The 20-year-old suspect was also injured. He was taken to Methodist and charged with intoxication manslaughter. Three passengers in the suspect's vehicle required hospitalization for minor injuries. The suspect's name has not been released.
Vigil Honors Teen Killed by Suspected Drunk Driver
Family and friends held a candlelight vigil Monday night for a 16-year-old Duncanville High School student who was killed by a suspected drunk driver over the weekend.
A Dallas teenager was killed after he was hit by an intoxicated driver who ran a red light just after 1:00 a.m Saturday on Clark Rd in Duncanville. The driver of a Nissan GTR ran a red light, crashing into a Mercedes at the Camp Wisdom and Clark Rd intersection, and then knocked down a utility pole before slamming into a doughnut shop. The driver of the Mercedes, Taurean Babcock of Dallas, was pronounced deceased at the crash site. Babcock’s passenger was taken to a Dallas hospital, and that person's name and condition are not yet known. The suspect and his three passengers were taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
