Three family members killed in Garland crash

GARLAND -- Police in Garland say a grandmother, her granddaughter and her daughter were killed in a crash early Thursday morning. The car's occupants, 28-year-old Crystal Davis, 3-year-old Alaiya Davis, and 52-year-old Tina Brown, were ejected and pronounced dead at the scene. This caused the car to leave the road and hit a decorative boulder. The crash is still under investigation. The three were in a Ford Mustang as it was traveling north on Broadway Boulevard at about 2 a.m. when the driver lost control, hitting a curb.
