Investigators said around 9:45 p.m., Javier Ruvalcalba, 48, was driving along Gateway East in a 2009 Dodge Ram and approaching the intersection with Giles Rd.

Family says man killed in lower valley deadly crash wasn't driving
Carlos Flores helped pull Ruvalcaba out of the truck after the crash, and told KFOX14 when he found Ruvalcaba he was on pinned under the passenger side of the truck.
“It was a really hard impact, but I’m sure my dad wasn’t driving,” Ruvalcaba said. “That wasn’t his truck.”
Now, Ruvalcaba’s family just want answers.
