Police said an investigation revealed Cline was driving a 2010 Ford Ranger eastbound on Transmountain and ran the red light at Gateway South.
At the same time, 52-year-old Cady Wenefrenda was driving a 2007 Chevrolet pickup southbound on Gateway South.
