1 person killed, 2nd person hurt in crash along Border Highway near Ascarate Park
KTSM 9 News spoke with dispatch, saying one of the pedestrians has been transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. The other pedestrian was transported with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say the crash on Loop 375 westbound near Midway involved two vehicles and two pedestrians. The condition of the person who survived is unknown at this time.

After an investigation, it was revealed the 27-year-old and the the 12-year-old attempted to cross the westbound lanes of the highway when they crash happened.
