A 21-year-old man has drowned after being involved in a Jet Ski accident in northeast Harris County Sunday morning.

A jet ski was pulling a tube with two people on it when it either stalled or was turned off and he lost control of the steering. The driver crashed into the two people on the tube, sending them off of it. One was recovered and CPR was performed. The other person in the tube, a 21-year-old man, never surfaced and his body was later found by dive team members.
