Good Samaritan killed in Conroe crash
Georgina Dunham, 25, called 911 after she observed a one-car minor accident in the southbound lanes near 1400 Interstate 45. Conroe police said she requested assistance for the motorist involved in the accident and told dispatch that she was going to check on the driver.
Dunham, located on the far outside shoulder, turned on her blinker and attempted to cross all five south bound lanes of traffic, police said.
