Woman killed after being struck by intoxicated motorcycle driver
A woman was killed after being struck by a motorcycle while crossing Irvington Boulevard in north Houston, police said.
The woman was crossing the street when a man driving a Honda motorcycle hit and killed her. The motorcyclist fell off the motorcycle after hitting the woman and was taken to Ben Taub Hospital in southwest Houston with minor injuries. At the hospital, the driver was found to have been drunk while driving the motorcycle, police said.
