Update: Fatal Accident Along Jacaman Road
Police say 22-year-old Jose Marquez Jr. was driving the pickup truck that hit the three women. Marquez is a student at TAMIU. He's charged with two counts of manslaughter and one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Police say, as per procedure, they sought a blood test on Marquez which, they say, he voluntarily gave up.
