According to Laredo Police a 2012 white Nissan Rogue and a 2019 white Ford F-750 work truck collided which left the Nissan inoperable in the middle lane.

Preliminary investigation showed that the Nissan had stalled out due to mechanical issues and left inoperable in the middle lane. The Ford then rear-ended the Nissan and sent it into the middle divider of the highway, according to police.
