According to th report, officers determined the driver of the Mercedes was intoxicated. The driver was booked for intoxication assault.

At about 9:30pm a southbound vehicle driven by an intoxicated driver crossed into the northbound lane and struck another vehicle almost head-on. The three women in the other car were injured, and one of them sustained more serious injuries and had to be extricated from the vehicle. We will update this accident as more information is released.
