Jack Dempsey Hale, 39, dies and Nathan Mullinax, 33, critically injured in truck crash into tree off of Blanco Road in San Antonio, Texas

SAN ANTONIO - Officials have identified the man killed in a high-speed crash on Blanco Road on Sunday. The crash happened just before 8 a.m. Jack Dempsey Hale, 39, was killed when the truck he was driving hit a tree and roll onto it's side. The passenger in the car, Nathan Mullinax, 33, was able to climb out of the truck. He was taken to University Hospital in critical condition.
