Tree limb crashes onto family visiting San Antonio Zoo, hospitalizing 7, officials say

The limb “unexpectedly broke” at about 12:05 p.m. Wednesday, March 15, a zoo spokesperson said in an email to McClatchy News. San Antonio Zoo’s Security and EMT team responded right away to begin treating guests, the spokesperson said.
