4 people hit, 1 killed in alleged hit-and-runs in one night
Around 2:40 a.m., a 53-year-old man was crossing the street in the 11800 block of Parliament St. when he was hit by a vehicle. A spokesperson said the man was not using a sidewalk and the nearest crosswalk was about 200 feet away when he was hit. The unknown vehicle fled and police report the man was transported to a local hospital with major injuries and is currently in stable condition.
