3 dead, 2 critically injured in Sevier County crash

Five occupants of a vehicle were all thrown from the vehicle. According to UHP, none of them were wearing their seatbelts. The vehicle, a Chevy Avalanche, had Nebraska license plates. UHP investigators suspect fatigue was a factor in the crash.

Child among three dead in central Utah crash

All five occupants were flung from the truck, Royce said. An infant boy and two women -- one in her 30s and the other in her 50s -- died at the scene, Royce said.

4 Omaha family members killed in Utah car crash

The family that were inside the vehicle included 46-year-old Juan Flores, 55-year-old Teresa Lopez, 19-year-old Carla Flores 18-year-old Naila Flores and 10-month-old Alexander Flores.

Flores is the only survivor of the crash at this time.
