43-year-old woman injured when bicycle strikes car on Dixie Drive in St. George, Utah
Bicyclist on wrong side of the road collides with car
St. George Police responded to the incident at approximately 6:03 p.m.
The 43-year-old female bicyclist was riding on Dixie Drive in the outside travel lane going south in the northbound lane, St. George Police Officer Lona Trombley said.
The 35-year-old male driver of a red passenger car pulled out of 2656 North to make a right turn onto Dixie Drive when the bicyclist hit the car’s front passenger side bumper and was thrown from the bicycle.
