VSP: Bicyclist Killed After Being Struck By Impaired Driver
Police say Dearing's preliminary breath test results was 0.111%. Dearing was lodged at the Chittenden County Correctional Center for lack of $75,000 bail.
VSP Arrest Passenger In Fatal Bicyclist VS Car Accident
Yandow was a passenger in the car that hit and killed Kelly Boe, 55, on Tuesday. Boe later died at Porter Medical Center.
A motor vehicle crash on Hamilton Road in Weybridge Tuesday killed a bicyclist. The collision occurred at approximately 5:30 p.m when Nathan Dearing, 27, of Whiting, Vt., driving a Suburau Impreza, hit a bicyclist on Hamilton Road. The bicyclist was taken to Porter Medical Center where he later died. Dearing is charged with driving with a criminally suspended license and driving under the influence with death resulting.
