A man was killed in a workplace accident in Grayson County Wednesday morning.
Dennis Carlie Johnson, 55, died around 8:35 a.m. at C&B Lumber on Turkey Knob Road in Fries.
Johnson was trying to clear a jammed log on a conveyor belt when his clothing pulled him into the belt and pulley mechanism, Grayson County deputies said.
Deputies found Johnson dead at the scene. An autopsy will be performed in Roanoke.
