At about 12:45 p.m., a gold Nissan Quest minivan was trying to turn onto East Market Street from Broad Street. That's when another car waved the gold van through, not knowing the other lane had oncoming traffic. The Quest was t-boned by an incoming car, according to Harrisonburg police. The driver of the Quest was taken to Sentara RMH. Police could not release the extent of the driver's injuries.
