Sandra L. Martin, 44, and her daughter, Haylee Martin, 12, a 6th grader at Kate Collins Middle School, both were pronounced deceased at the crash scene. Kenneth Barber, the driver of the vehicle that collided with the Martins, is being held without bail. He is charged with two counts of DUI manslaughter. He will be back in court on August 11.
