Two people killed in Parksley crash
State troopers arrived to the scene of the crash and found a 2001 Kia sedan was fully engulfed with fire, shutting down all lanes of Route 13.
Upon extinguishing the fire, it was found that two people had died in the car, police said.

Troopers identified them as 34-year-old Joel Aguilar-Vasquez of Parksley, Virginia, and 18-year-old Hugolino Aguilar-Vasquez of Salisbury, Maryland. Police say the men are related, but did not know how.
