Tractor Trailer goes over Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel; crews work to rescue driver from water

An accident on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel involving a tractor trailer has caused delays for drivers. Crews are working to rescue the driver after he went over the bridge and into the water. He is still alive and the Coast Guard and the Virginia Beach Marine Patrol are on the way to rescue him. Traffic has now been reduced to one travel lane in each direction. Expect minor delays.
