Police identify 21-year-old killed in I-95 crash in Colonial Heights

State Police have identified Kirk R. Carico from Montpelier as the driver killed in a single vehicle crash in Colonial Heights. According to police, the 21-year-old was traveling north on I-95 when his Chevrolet Impala ran off the road to the right and struck a tree. Police say, speed is being considered a factor in the crash. The crash occurred around 4:55 a.m. He was not wearing his seat belt.
