65-year-old man charged in fatal hit and run in Richmond
Authorities say Griffin was trying to cross the street Saturday when he was struck and killed by a car that continued on without stopping. Officials say they anticipate that more charges against Spence will be filed.

65 year old John B. Spence was arrested and charged with Felony Hit and Run. RPD investigators are consulting with the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office and other charges are expected to be filed.
