Police: 69-year-old pedestrian killed in fatal crash in Va.
A 69-year-old pedestrian died in a collision with a vehicle along Richmond Highway over the weekend, Fairfax County police said Monday.
The man, Eugene Michael Kotlarchuk of Forest Hills, New York, was trying to cross the highway when he was struck by a 2015 Hyundai Sonata traveling north, authorities said. Kotlarchuk was not in a crosswalk, said police.
