At about 7 a.m. Friday, a 15-year-old by was struck and killed by a driver in the 1000 block of Rest Church Road in the Clearbrook area of Frederick County. The teen was identified as Tristan Keith Long, a sophomore at James Wood High School. The driver fled the scene of the accident. Anyone with information about this fatal crash is urged to call Trooper F. T.
