Prince William Parkway reopens after fatal crash
The crash happened around 3:30 a.m. at the intersection of Prince William Parkway and Balls Ford Road, according to Prince William County Police spokesman Nathan Probus.

Police responded to the intersection of Prince William Parkway and Balls Ford Road, near Interstate 66 outside Manassas, at 3:27 a.m. on April 25 to investigate the crash, Prince William police spokesman Sgt. Jonathan Perok said in a news release.
Police said that a 2016 Ford Fiesta was traveling north on Prince William Parkway, just before the Balls Ford Road intersection, when it collided with a 2010 Freightliner tractor-trailer attempting to make a left turn onto Prince William Parkway from Balls Ford Road.
The Ford Fiesta driver, identified as Robert Samuel Moschgat Jr., 25, of Centreville, was pronounced dead at the scene.
