The State Patrol says Christian Villegas of Surrey, BC was stopped at the Boblett Street intersection on State Route 543 near the truck crossing when Majinder Singh, also of Surrey, ran the stoplight with the semi he was driving and hit Villegas’ pickup, as well as an SUV also stopped at the intersection.
