Bill Rayborn, 83, died at Harborview Medical Center Thursday, November 3, 2016. He was medevacued via U.S. Navy helicopter from the Emergency Department at Peace Island Medical Center to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle after he was struck by a vehicle Wednesday evening in Friday Harbor. The accident occurred at Reed and Second Streets.
