Comments

It was not a 5 year old boy passenger in the car, it was a 5 year old girl. His daughter. My grandniece

How is he doing? I saw the entire thing and was talking to your grand niece.. Trying to calm her down before the paramedics got there. I have been praying for his recovery and hour family.

Thank you Tim H, for the corrected information. I have updated our accident page. I'm so sorry for your loss in this tragedy, Ingrid, Accident Data Center

I would really like to know a little more about ryan, I head his head and talked to him in the car while we're waited for help, she was scared but the lady and I were there at the car doing everything we've could to help, I feel very close to ryan and his daughter, I am a father of 4 and really just need to know what happened after they made us leave, any information would help me greatly and I would really love to see them again just to tell them how much I care and I hope they are ok, that morning will be with me the rest of my days and if I could meet them and offer them all the help I can put together it would help me and my children who want to meet the little angel and the man I tried to save, pls pls let me know anything you can as I am still very involved with the emotions of that morning

Correction, I held his head and tried to keep her calm while we're waited for help, the lady and I were the only ones that went into the car to help but we're did have two men who were on the phone with 911 relaying to us what the operator was instructing, it was the first time I had been in something that terrifying and I really hope upon all hope that he will pull through, I have done my do diligence online and can not find any updated info

You can contact me in my email. I believe I owe you and your wife a big thanks. Ryan Humphrey

Hi Tim, Thanks for your comments, and for being there to help the folks injured in this awful crash. I too did research and could find no updates. One way you could possibly reach out to Ryan is to search for him on Facebook. One news story said he is from Anchorage, Alaska, which may help you in your search. I hope this helps!
