Wrong-way driver hits 2 cars and dies in crash

AUBURN, Wash. (AP) - A wrong-way driver collided with two cars and was killed in a crash on State Route 18 in Auburn. The wrong-way driver died at the scene. The Washington State Patrol says a 60-year-old Montana woman drove east in the westbound lanes and hit a car. Troopers say they don't believe drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash. KCPQ-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1Hc6uo1 ) that the accident happened overnight Thursday and closed the road for about four hours at the Green River Bridge.

Montana woman killed in crash on Highway 18

According to the Washington State Patrol, a 60-year-old Montana woman was eastbound in the westbound lanes when she hit a car and then collided with a second car on the highway. That driver was injured and taken by paramedics to St. Francis Hospital in Federal Way.

Whitefish woman dies in wrong-way crash

The Washington State Patrol said Clark drove her 1997 Honda Civic east in the westbound lanes and hit a car. She kept going until she hit a second car, a 2011 Toyota Avalon. That driver, a 54-year-old Federal Way, Washington, man, was injured and taken to St. Francis Hospital.
