Yakima County Sheriff's were alerted of an accident that happened at the intersection of Mountainview Rd. and Old Prosser Rd. in Yakima County at 7:40 a.m. The driver, Carlos Alcala-Sanchez, failed to stop at a stop sign and struck another car.
