Driver Arrested for DUI After Head On Collision
Multiple police and emergency units responded to an accident on northbound 395, heading toward westbound I-182 ( just before the Argent exit) on New Year's morning.
Granados was first driving east on I-182 when she was attempting to change onto southbound SR 395 but failed to negotiate the curve properly and went through the median onto the northbound lanes of SR 395 before striking on oncoming car driven by Ruiz-Alarcon. Despite the fact that Granados was not wearing a seat belt, both her and Ruiz-Alarcon were ok after the damaging collision.
