It was just before 3:00pm when Farris headed south on Highway 97, and as he got to the intersection with Larue Road, a van travelling east on it ran a stop sign and collided with his car.
Elerding was heading east in a Ford Mustang on State Route 22 on Sunday afternoon when he departed the roadway to the left and entered the median, before finally enterering the westbound lanes.

An accident on Interstate 84 near Boardman killed an 80-year-old man. The accident took place around 7:47 a.m.

Silverio Frias Molinero was traveling on Interstate 84 when he attempted to pass a truck and lost control of his car. The vehicle went onto the median and rolled, but Molinero fortunately only sustained non-life threatening injuries.
