Dillon Jackson of New Martinsville died Sunday after the UTV he was operating lost control and rolled down a 200-foot hill in the Lynn Camp area of Fish Creek. Both Dillon and a passenger, Courtney Raber, 24, also of New Martinsville, were ejected. Dillon died at the scene, and Raber was taken to an area hospital with back and hip fractures.
