According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, the motorcyclist was southbound on Highway 13 in Cornucopia when a Bayfield man, 48, traveling northbound on the highway, attempted to turn onto Superior Avenue in Cornucopia, striking the motorcycle.

Alcohol use by the driver of the car is believed to be a factor in the crash, the Wisconsin State Patrol reported.
