The Dane County Sheriff's Office says car driven by the man crossed the centerline of Highway 113 and struck a van being driven by the woman about 7:30 p.m. Sunday.

A preliminary investigation indicates a the car, driven by 35-year-old Dion Carmickle of Fitchburg, was southbound on 113 when it crossed the centerline and hit a van driven by 60-year-old Antoinette Dohm of Dane.
