Question about fatal accident involving Seth

Hi Maddie, I'm so sorry for the loss of your friend Seth. The media reports say that this awful crash resulted from drunk driving when the car crashed into a pond, that Seth was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle. Although it should be noted that one other person who was wearing a seat belt also was killed, which shows that sometimes a crash is so severe that a seat belt isn't enough to change the outcome.
